MODEL CREDITS / BILLING THROUGH PADDLE

Your harness runs.
Your balance keeps score.

Pre-buy the model usage your team needs at negotiated bundle rates. Or use postpaid billing when flexibility matters more than the lowest rate.

$600 / month for Managed Team. Model consumption is separate.
THE HARNESS AND THE USAGE, TOGETHER

Buy once.
Spend across your workflows.

Set a shared credit balance, then give each project a boundary. Every metered request carries its model, token usage, applied rate and workflow, so you can follow the spend back to the work.

  • Input, output and cache rates shown separately.
  • Project and workflow attribution.
  • Budget checks before new work starts.
  • A visible billing source for every route.

A $10 standard-rate run costs $8.50 at the example 15% prepaid discount. This demo makes no model calls or charges.

WHY COMMITMENT CAN COST LESS

Bundle demand.
Negotiate the rate.

The commercial model pairs predictable demand with eligible provider capacity. Your order makes the resulting model rates explicit before you fund usage.

01 / COMMIT

Pool the expected workload.

Forecast model mix and volume across workspaces. Keep each customer's access and data boundaries separate.

02 / PRICE

Approve a model rate card.

Confirm eligible routes, volume terms, discount, validity and fallback pricing. Review the input, output and cache rates before funding the workspace.

03 / CONTROL

Meter every request.

Debit credits at the approved rate. Route changes and any more expensive fallback follow your explicit budget policy.

PLAN YOUR MODEL SPEND

Taxes and execution infrastructure are additional. A credit purchase funds future consumption; it is not a second usage charge.

CHECKOUT AND INVOICES

Paddle handles the purchase.

HarpessOps handles the workflows and usage record. For purchases sold through Paddle, Paddle acts as merchant of record and supplies the payment receipt.

SUBSCRIPTION

$600 each month.

The Managed Team workspace and its agreed workflow maintenance. Renews on the billing schedule shown at checkout.

PREPAID

A one-time credit purchase.

Choose a pack after the rate card is approved. Credits are available after payment confirmation; a failed checkout does not fund the balance.

POSTPAID

Usage on your renewal.

The closed usage period is itemized separately from the subscription. The 10% premium is included in its token rates.

THE DETAILS

Before you fund it.

Am I buying a fixed number of tokens?

You buy dollar-denominated HarpessOps service credits. The approved model rate card lists input, output, cached-token and other billable rates. Token counts are metered per request and converted to the amount deducted from your credits. A token from one model is not priced like a token from every other model.

Where do the prepaid savings come from?

The procurement model combines committed workload across workspaces to negotiate eligible provider capacity and rates. Savings apply only to models and routes included in your approved rate card. A volume commitment does not guarantee a discount for every model. Provider eligibility and commercial rights are confirmed before a rate is offered.

What happens when credits or a project budget run out?

New steps require enough available credit and project budget. Usage already in flight is reconciled against its reserved amount. The workspace pauses new work when the limit is reached. There is no automatic switch to postpaid and no automatic credit purchase unless an owner separately authorizes a reload rule and cap.

Do unused credits roll over?

Paid credits carry over between billing periods and do not expire while your account remains open. An active eligible plan is required to use them. Credits do not pay the $600 subscription or external runner costs. Our Refund Policy explains requests for the unused portion of a recent purchase.

How does postpaid work?

Postpaid is enabled by agreement with a spending ceiling. The workspace meters usage against the approved standard rate card plus 10%. Closed-period usage is billed through Paddle at the next subscription renewal. The metering period and billing date appear in your order; a rejected or overdue payment may pause new runs.

Can I mix prepaid and my own provider keys?

Yes, for supported workflows. Each route identifies its billing source before execution. A request is billed either through HarpessOps credits, approved postpaid usage, or your provider account. Direct-provider requests do not also deduct HarpessOps credits.

Are these cash or transferable provider credits?

No. They are usage rights for eligible inference inside the HarpessOps software. They cannot be transferred, traded, withdrawn as cash, or redeemed in a provider's own dashboard. Refund rights remain governed by your purchase terms and applicable law.
